MoMo85 provides B2B marketing services including, but not limited to, fractional CMO leadership, revenue operations, content marketing, SEO/GEO optimization, account-based marketing, brand and buyer enablement, and pipeline diagnostics. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work ("SOW") between MoMo85 and each client.

All content on the MoMo85 website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of MoMo85 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Ownership of work product created during client engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement or SOW. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. MoMo85 retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools.
All client engagements are governed by a separate service agreement or SOW that specifies the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary data, systems (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms), personnel, and feedback required for MoMo85 to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and deliverables.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, customer information, and marketing performance data. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement.
MoMo85 offers a complimentary Pipeline Diagnostic session. The diagnostic includes a preliminary assessment and recommendations. Participation does not create an obligation to purchase additional services. Insights and recommendations provided during the diagnostic are for informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of specific results.
While MoMo85 employs industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, pipeline value, revenue increases, search rankings, or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, product-market fit, sales execution, and competitive dynamics.
Payment terms are specified in each client's service agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. MoMo85 reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. In the absence of specific termination terms, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoMo85's total liability for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. MoMo85 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoMo85, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. MoMo85 does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
